🎮 What an exciting day at the Senior Esports Showcase!

The Franklin County Office on Aging was thrilled to bring together seniors and community members for a day filled with friendly competition, connection and fun!

Attendees had the opportunity to join our senior athletes in playing games and experiencing firsthand how esports can bring people together.

We were also excited to hear from Dr. Melita Moore and Director Chanda Wingo, whose inspiring remarks brought energy and enthusiasm to the crowd!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event a success! 🎮🏆

FCOA had a great time at the 4th Annual Buckeye Tailgate Party, connecting with community members, sharing resources and enjoying an afternoon of fun and fellowship.

The 4th Annual Buckeye Tailgate Party is tomorrow! 🏈

Join us Wednesday, October 7 from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Hall Parking Lot, 280 E. Broad Street for food, music, friends and plenty of Buckeye spirit.

Wear your Buckeye gear and stop by to enjoy food from Schmidt’s Sausage Haus, Dos Hermanos, Pasta Stop and The Drank Tank. Plus, the OSU Cheerleaders will be joining us from 12:00–12:30 p.m.

We had a great time at the 2nd Annual Heart & Sole | Senior Heart & Foot Wellness Expo at Polaris Fashion Place! ❤️👟

Older adults came together for a morning focused on movement, education and healthy aging. Attendees enjoyed wellness screenings, fitness demonstrations, expert discussions, community resources and some fun line dancing that kept the energy going throughout the event.

A special thank you to all of the vendors and community partners who came out to share resources and support our older adults. We also want to thank GetCr8v for hosting a great event and helping keep the party alive all day long!
