“These cases have become one of the most powerful, and controversial, tools in modern IP enforcement.” In “Schedule A Litigation in Intellectual Property Cases: Origins, Controversies, and an Uncertain Future,” Rachael L. Rodman breaks down how and why Schedule A litigation has become so prominent in cases involving counterfeiting on online platforms; popular jurisdictions for these sorts of cases to be filed in; and how this enforcement strategy, while successful for brand owners, might draw in future appellate and Supreme Court attention. "The CBA is committed to strengthening our legal community and helping meet hospital and patient needs through blood donations is one way we can do that,” said Donna Sweet, Director of Engagement and Education. “This blood drive is our way of giving staff, colleagues, neighbors, and the legal community an opportunity to help save lives."

Help the CBA address the emergency blood shortage. In partnership with the American Red Cross, the CBA is hosting a blood drive on November 11 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the CBA. Reserve your time slot through the CBA Events page.
