🌸 The Pink Bowls

They might just look like a stack of old pink bowls.

But maybe Grandma mixed Sunday morning pancakes in the big one.

Maybe the little one held strawberries from the garden.

Maybe one came out every Thanksgiving filled with something everyone loved… and nobody ever wrote down the recipe.

And somehow, after all these years, they’re still here.

That’s the funny thing about helping someone downsize.

Our process is tailored to each senior and family, but it usually follows a simple flow:

💕Intro Call & Home Visit – We schedule a time to come out and see the home.

💕Walkthrough – We tour the property and learn about your needs and timeline.

💕Offer Presented – You receive a clear, straightforward offer if you select the as-is home sale process.

💕Agreement Signed – Once you accept, a purchase agreement is signed.

💕Title Work Begins – The title company starts the title search.

💕Bridge Loan (If Needed) – An interest‑free, fee‑free loan is delivered to the senior living community so move‑in can begin.

💕Packing Scheduled – Our packing team reaches out to set dates.

💕Packing Begins – We bring all materials, assess the home, and schedule the moving day based on how much packing is needed.

💕Closing Scheduled – Title sets a closing date (often the morning of the move or shortly after).

💕Auction Assessment – An auction team reviews any unwanted items to see what can be sold.

💕Moving Day – Our movers handle everything.

💕Closing – Final paperwork is completed, and the transition is officially done.

It may look like a lot, but we guide you through every step and handle the heavy lifting.

Your timeline sets the pace — this can happen in as little as ten days or be spread out over a few months. Everything is designed around what feels right for you.
