The River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) has been awarded a 2026 Well-Being Grant Award by the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA). The grant supports the RVRC’s commitment to facilitating collaboration in the workplace with a multidimensional approach that considers the whole person’s wellbeing.

GMA is honored to collaborate with the RVRC at every step of the wellbeing journey. Awards are made statewide to Participating Employers enrolled in one or more medical plans through the GMEBS (Georgia Municipal Employees Benefit Services) Life and Health Insurance Fund.

The Well-Being Grant program helps members embrace a variety of skills, mindsets, and cultures to encourage utmost wellbeing through workplace initiatives. These initiatives have a demonstrated track record of benefits including improved employee quality of life, enhanced workplace morale, reduced medical claims, and maximized cost impact.
