It was a BUSY Friday!
Actually a busy week.
Some very good friends, alll closed in one day, in local and another from my home town in FL.
LOT alas of teamwork, lots of hurdles, lots of coordinating in all of these deals, but ultimately- we got it done😻🤘🏼🔥
Beyond grateful that these clients trusted me- and chose me to do this with.

Some VERY good friends of ours reached out on Sunday last week and asked me to help coordinate an offer on this house alll the way in NC.
Of COURSE!
I connected them with another top selling realtor in NC that dropped everything she was doing, went to the office, wrote the offer up, and sent it same day.
This house wasn’t even officially on the market yet!
By Monday afternoon, they were officially under contract before anyone else could even consider it.
Talk about TEAMWORK!
Thankful for you .charlotte for taking care of our friends and getting them on to this next journey together 😻
