Enrichment Services Program, Inc. (ESP) is a private, non-profit community action agency founded in 1965. Our mission is to eliminate poverty through Education, Services, and Partnerships. We serve ten counties in Georgia (Chattahoochee, Clay, Harris, Meriwether, Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, Talbot, and Troup), and one county in Alabama (Russell). We are committed to increasing the awaren

A Strong Start Changes Everything

Early Head Start services are provided to expectant mothers and infants from 6 weeks to three years old. Head Start services are provided to preschool children from 3 to 5 years old.

We offer a center-based option for all ages, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. For ages 0 to 3, all diapers, wipes, bottles, food, and formula for the enrolled child are provided while at the center.
