No one can reach a teen like another teen and when equipped with character, courage, and community, young people become powerful agents for hope in their schools. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that specializes in a unique, highly effective method of mentoring through peer counseling. This high-impact, faith-based ministry directly reaches 6,000 students annually in the Columbus, GA area w

ith the message that they can survive middle & high school with their character and their self-esteem intact – and that a life lived by integrity is the very best and most rewarding life! Outside of school, the student members connect in ways that are both fun and meaningful, building real bonds of acceptance and support. They sign a contract together promising to be completely drug, alcohol, and tobacco free, and to live a life of character and integrity as role models and leaders for their peers. Then in 17 area middle and high schools, during the school day, these Teen Advisors lead classroom discussions with their peers, talking about the different pressures that teenagers have to face: drinking & drugs, dating & sex, parents,friends, depression, stress, loneliness, self-injury, and more. These older students serve as role models for the younger students both in and out of class, sharing their life experiences, listening to common struggles, and offering advice.

Huge thank you to for coming by and helping us on their serve day!

They were able to serve us so well by doing yard work and adding in more shelf space in the garage. We truly appreciate them and could not have had our needs met without them. So thankful for how they serve in this way!

Mid-week check in for the fund-a-cabin campaign! Here is a testimonial from a former Teen Advisor:

“I was excited to support Teen Advisors’ cabin campaign because Teen Advisors played such a critical role in my walk with the Lord and my development as a teen. I have such fond memories of these retreats - carrying around an old sock for a whole weekend, leading another person around while they were blindfolded, the thrill of my team winning tug of war. These weekends provided needed time away from the steady pressure of high school, and allowed me to replace lies I believed with truth, hear testimonies of God’s transformative power, and confess things I thought I’d never have the courage to share. There were many times I was only able to participate in TAs because of scholarships, and I’m honored to pass that generosity on to the next generation.”
