Pause. Breathe. Refocus. ๐Ÿ’™

Stress can make healthy habits feel harder to maintain, but taking a moment to slow down can help you reset and move forward with intention.

โœจ Notice your thoughts without judgment
โœจ Take a moment to pause before reacting
โœจ Focus on your breathing to calm your mind and body
โœจ Redirect your attention to positive routines and healthy choices

This , remember that wellness isn't just about movementโ€”it's also about caring for your mental and emotional health.

What's one thing you'll do today to reset and refocus? ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ‘‡

June is Scoliosis Awareness Month โค๏ธ

Did you know scoliosis affects millions of children and teens worldwide?

Scoliosis is a condition that causes the spine to curve sideways, and in many cases, early detection can make a significant difference in treatment and long-term outcomes.

As children grow, it's important to watch for signs such as:
โœ”๏ธ Uneven shoulders
โœ”๏ธ One hip sitting higher than the other
โœ”๏ธ Leaning to one side
โœ”๏ธ Back pain or discomfort
โœ”๏ธ Clothing that appears uneven when worn

Routine screenings and regular checkups can help identify concerns early and support healthy growth and movement.

Through Children's Medical Services (CMS), eligible families may have access to services such as genetic counseling, medications and supplies, and specialty appointments at no cost.

This month, help us raise awareness by sharing this post with a parent, caregiver, coach, teacher, or anyone who works with children. Early awareness can make a lasting impact.

๐Ÿ’™ June is Menโ€™s Health Month.

Fellas, when was the last time you checked in on your health?

Life gets busy. Work, family, responsibilities... itโ€™s easy to put your own well-being on the back burner. But taking care of yourself isnโ€™t selfishโ€”itโ€™s essential.

This month, make time to prioritize your health by:
โœ… Scheduling your annual checkup
โœ… Monitoring your blood pressure and cholesterol
โœ… Staying active and eating nutritious foods
โœ… Taking care of your mental health
โœ… Keeping up with recommended screenings and preventive care

Small steps today can make a big difference for your future.

Your health matters. Your family needs you. Your community needs you.

๐Ÿ“… Make your appointments for your body and mind this month and encourage the men in your life to do the same.
