📸 Spotlight on SPC Baumberger 🎥

From the ruck march trails to the press pits of Ohio Stadium, SPC Baumberger has proven himself to be a dedicated Soldier, storyteller, and teammate in the 196th MPAD.

His previous awards include two of the Army’s top honors in public affairs:

⭐ Keith L. Ware “Rising Star” Award – Outstanding New Military Videographer
⭐ James P. Hunter Award – Outstanding New Military Writer

These awards recognize not just his technical excellence, but also his ability to capture the Army story with authenticity, grit, and pride. Whether it’s documenting training in the field, telling Soldiers’ stories overseas, or covering events back home, Baumberger’s work reminds us why public affairs matters.

Thank you, SPC Baumberger, for your service, your creativity, and the energy you brought to the Sharpshooters. Best of luck on your future endeavors ⚡👀

🪖🇺🇸 This weekend, members of the 196th MPAD and JFHQ participated in the National Fallen Firefighters 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Fortress Obetz.

We honored each of the 343 FDNY firefighters who gave their lives on September 11, 2001—climbing the equivalent of 110 stories of the World Trade Center in their memory.

Thank you to Small Town Photography LLC 📸 for capturing this powerful event.

Great job, team! 👏
