ADAMH Board of Franklin County ADAMH is making a difference in our community. ADAMH-funded services are provided by non-profit organizations located throughout Franklin County.

Our mission is to improve the well-being of our community by reducing the incidence of mental health problems and eliminating the abuse of alcohol and other drugs in Franklin County. Thanks to the generosity of Franklin County tax payers, ADAMH is able to contribute more than $67 million for treatment and prevention services.

Certified peer recovery supporters like Patrick and Gerrice draw on their own lived experience to support others through crisis and recovery, helping ensure everyone who walks through the doors feels heard, seen and supported.

Caregiving can be demanding, so it’s important that caregivers take time to rest and recharge.

Through Concord Counseling Services’ respite care program, caregivers of loved ones with severe and persistent mental illness can step away from their responsibilities while their loved ones receive care in a safe, supportive setting.

Ahead of the new school year, ADAMH recently convened with prevention network providers and Franklin County school districts to align on priorities and ways to start the year strong.

ADAMH leaders shared insights from Director of Education Engagement Thomas Savage’s recent listening tours with districts, highlighting what schools are experiencing and opportunities to strengthen partnership.
