Elect Cynthia Maisano Elect Cynthia Maisano for Municipal Court 2016 Cynthia Maisano is an alumni of Jordan Vocational School and Howard Universty School of Law.

She served as a Captain in the U.S. Army in JAG, and has been a local attorney since 2002. In that time she has served as the Recorder's Court and Environmental Court Judge from 2008 to 2012, as well as filled in as Municipal Court Judge from 2009 to 2013. Cynthia Maisano will show up to work, start hearings on time, and be sure officers who worked overnight are heard first. Cynthia Maisano wants
