It's with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of retired Right-Of-Way Coordinator Felton Grant. There are no shortage of words to describe Felton: funny, kind, gregarious, smart, and many more. His stories were legendary, often having staff congregate to hear something from the Air Force days. He always wanted to know how our families were doing and made a point to get to know them. Essentially, he was everyone's favorite uncle and will be greatly missed. I'm sure he and Chuck Norris are shooting the breeze in heaven reliving their Air Force days.
