Kenneth Wilson, county administrator, Franklin County Board of Commissioners, is on a mission. He wants to bring more people to get screened on than Charles Hillman’s team.

Attendees will receive free health screenings, learn their numbers, and take proactive steps toward better health before a preventable condition becomes a serious health crisis.

During April’s National Volunteer Month, Besa experienced its largest month of service to date: 1,600 volunteers completing 225 projects in support of 95 nonprofits. This impact was made possible through Franklin County’s continued partnership and the leadership of the Equity Council.

We are also pleased to share that five small businesses have joined The Collective, and new collaborations are underway to further engage nonprofit partners in volunteerism. Together, we are strengthening the fabric of Columbus.
