Gas/Diesel Tax Relief Step 1:

emergency clause to get the gas/diesel TAX RELIEF to go into immediate* effect. Half of Dems vote NO. Apparently not urgent for them. 38.5 cents/gallon gas and 47 cents/gallon for diesel.

*immediate = within 48 hours of Governor’ signature. Stations need time to implement.

It's time to do what's best for our citizens and speed up energy production!
