Sales EDGE is a one-year rotational development program that prepares future commercial leaders through hands-on experience in sales, customer service, market analysis, customer engagement, and steel operations. Participants are hired as full-time employees, receive full benefits, and travel to Steel Dynamics facilities and customer locations throughout the program to gain a broad understanding of our business and the steel industry.

Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience, you'll build the foundation for careers in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, and sales leadership.

We extend our congratulations to Theresa E. Wagler on her appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer and to Mark D. Millett as he assumes the role of Executive Chairman. We look forward to Steel Dynamics' continued success and appreciate the company's lasting impact on the Golden Triangle region.

We announced a leadership transition that will help guide the company into its next chapter of growth. Effective January 1, 2027, Theresa E. Wagler will become President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mark D. Millett as he transitions to Executive Chairman of the Board.

Another win for the Golden Triangle! Welcome to DRC Industries as they establish operations in Lowndes County, bringing a $4 million investment and 50 new jobs to our community.

Another manufacturer is choosing Mississippi.

Packaging solutions provider DRC Industries, Inc is establishing operations in Lowndes County, investing creating 50 new jobs and investing $4 million.

The company will expand production of industrial packaging products in Columbus, strengthening its ability to serve customers across the Southeast while benefiting from Mississippi's transportation network and access to inbound raw materials.

It was an exciting day across the Golden Triangle!

The GTR LINK team had the opportunity to celebrate two significant milestones shaping our region’s future.

We joined ND Defense in West Point as they unveiled the helicopter bridge crane manufactured right here in Mississippi for the future USS Sam Nunn (DDG 133). President & CEO Meryl Fisackerly was honored to speak during the ceremony, recognizing the company’s continued investment in American manufacturing and national defense.

We also celebrated the Golden Triangle Regional Airport Terminal Expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Meryl also had the honor of speaking at the event before joining state and local leaders for the official ribbon cutting, marking another important investment in the infrastructure that keeps our region connected and competitive.
