Mental health providers across Ohio are already stretched thin- and unpredictable insurance clawbacks are pushing some practices to the brink. We cannot build a stronger behavioral health system while allowing providers to face massive retroactive repayment demands months or years after services were delivered in good faith. SB 162 is a step toward fairness, transparency, and stability for the professionals keeping our communities afloat.
