AT&T is reporting an intermittent service outage that may be affecting some AT&T customers in Franklin County. This issue may prevent AT&T customers from successfully reaching 911 or our non-emergency line at 614-525-3333.

If you are unable to complete a phone call, please text 911. Text-to-911 appears to be working at this time.

The issue appears to be limited to customers using AT&T as their service provider.
