The Comanche County Crime Stoppers is seeking information in regards to a burglary which occurred at the BVI storage units located at 1206 E Central in Comanche Tx. At some point on Thursday, April 23, a person or persons forcibly entered a storage unit and removed two Marshall amplifiers and a Texas Ranger bobblehead collection.

At some point between the dates of January 19th, 2026 and January 22nd 2026 a theft occurred in the 1900 block of CR 360, in the community of Gustine. The suspects removed a white and black 2017 Honda TRX ATV from the property without the owners permission.

It’s Tax time again, and with the deadline to file federal income taxes looming, the instances of nefarious individuals attempting to impersonate the IRS increases dramatically. You might receive a call informing you that you haven’t paid your taxes, or perhaps that you haven’t filed your taxes, and for a small fee the person on the other end of the telephone line can rectify your unfortunate situation for you. Rest assured however that this is a ruse. The IRS does not communicate via telephone. If the IRS wishes to make contact with you they will invariably do so by US Mail. It is imperative that you not provide these individuals with any information of a personal nature, as this is the foundation that such persons will use for identity theft. With a little vigilance we can all do our part to prevent these bad actors from capitalizing on our Tax time anxieties.

7 THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE I STOLE A SKID STEER

At some point between the dates of November 26th, 2025 and December 4th 2025 a theft occurred in the 14000 block of Hwy 36 SE in the community of Gustine. The suspects removed a Kubota skid steer loader from the property.

The Comanche County Crime Stoppers is seeking information in regards to destruction of property on N. Hwy 16 at CR 409 in Comanche TX.
