In the days leading up to last month's primary elections, UNE members and volunteers were hard at work knocking doors, making phone calls, and helping people vote.

When our neighbors and friends come together and spend time making elections more accessible, understandable, and powerful, we can build long-term change. We can elect community-first leaders like Manny Rutinel and build trust in voting and our elections.

An educated, energized, and powerful voter base is our best path to the Colorado we all want to see, and we couldn't have done it without our amazing volunteers.



En los días previos a las elecciones primarias del mes pasado, los miembros y voluntarios de UNE trabajaron arduamente tocando puertas, haciendo llamadas telefónicas y ayudando a la gente a votar.

Cuando nuestros vecinos y amigos se unen y dedican tiempo a hacer que las elecciones sean más accesibles, comprensibles y poderosas, podemos lograr un cambio duradero. Manny Rutinel will fight for the safe, stable, and affordable housing that our communities need. Now that he's won the primary, he's focused on building a better future for Colorado and working with his constituents as he fights to win the general election in November.

As he says it, "Affordable housing should not be treated as just a commodity but rather as a common good that every Coloradan should be able to afford. In Congress, I'll work to make housing affordable for working families."



Manny Rutinel luchará para la vivienda segura, estable y asequible que nuestras comunidades necesitan. Ahora que ha ganado la elección primaria, está enfocado en construir un futuro mejor para Colorado y trabajar con sus constituyentes mientras que lucha para ganar la elección general en Noviembre.

Manny has proven that he has what it takes to represent us and fight for us in Congress. When our elected officials actually listen to us and hear our concerns, we can push them and work alongside them to build the real, lasting change that our communities need.
