Each week, students can pick up the phone, listen to a science or social studies question from class, and record their answer. Everyone who answers correctly is entered into a prize drawing—one winner per class!
This week’s winners earned a ticket to drop their lowest non-test grade for the quarter. Congratulations to our first winners! 🎉

We celebrated our new students today with a special cookout lunch! It was a great opportunity to welcome them to the Viking family and let them get to know one another.

A big thank-you to our guidance counselor, Mrs. Southward-Crane, for putting everything together and helping make the day special for our students!

Celebrating collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving! Our 8th grade science students worked together to design and build towers during an exciting tower-building competition. 🏗️🔬 Great teamwork, scientists! 👏

Inspired by a recent tour of Anduril, our 8th grade science teachers held a “Gab Lab” for our students!

Students read directions, tackled challenges, and worked together in teams of four. Across four different challenges, they solved problems, worked through real-world situations, supported one another, and ultimately achieved their goals.

It was a great opportunity for our students to put collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance into action! 🚀🔬
