The District was incorporated on December 30, 1938, in the State of California. Sativa-Los Angeles County Water District supplies domestic water services to a portion of the Willowbrook area, an unincorporated area of the County of Los Angeles. The service area is approximately one square mile and contains approximately 1600 customers. The District maintains three active wells at three plant locations.
