Thank you for your interest in the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Program. On August 16, 2014 the Employment Opportunities and Training Service (EOTS) Program and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) merged into the ETA Program. The ETA Program reduces overhead costs, eliminates duplication of services and streamlines services ensuring positive employment and

training success. The ETA Program provides employment and training services to eligible Native Americans who reside within the approved eight (8) county services areas: Beckham, Blaine, Canadian, Custer, Dewey, Kingfisher, Roger Mills, and Wash*ta. The ETA program administers the following funding grants and contract related to employment and training services: U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Workforce Innovations Opportunity Act (WIOA) Section166, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) P.L. 93:638 Job Placement & Training (JP&T), Health and Human Services (HHS) Native Employment Works (NEW), and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Tribal Employment Right Office (TERO). The services are employment opportunities, career development, training services, employment retention services, and follow up services.
