Today is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, a reminder that every older adult deserves safety, dignity, and respect. Elder abuse can be physical, emotional, financial, or neglect, and it often goes unseen. Your voice can make a difference. If you have concerns about the well‑being or safety of an older adult in New Hampshire, please contact the DHHS Bureau of Adult and Aging Services at (603) 271-7014, or [email protected]. Reporting can help protect someone who may not be able to speak up for themselves.
