🎉 Please Join Us in Welcoming Sophie Ricard to the NHWWA Team! 💧

We are thrilled to welcome Sophie Ricard as the new Office Manager for the New Hampshire Water Works Association!

Many of our members already know Sophie through her involvement as NHWWA Young Professionals Vice Chair. She also brings nearly a decade of industry experience, having served as the Environmental Compliance Manager for Concord Water since 2017.

Sophie earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from New England College in 2014 and holds a New Hampshire Grade 4 Treatment Operator license. Her knowledge of the water industry, leadership experience, and passion for serving our profession make her an outstanding addition to the NHWWA team.

As we celebrate Sue Kowalski's remarkable career and upcoming retirement, we are excited for this next chapter and know that NHWWA is in excellent hands. We look forward to the ideas, energy, and experience Sophie will bring to the association and can't wait for our members to get to know her in this new role.
