Nashua residents: an opportunity to register to vote outside of normal business hours. Sunday Aug 23, 10 am to 1 pm at the Nashua Farmers Market. Bring your documents (see image) to prove ID, age, where you live -- and also citizenship if you are registering in NH for the first time.

NASHUA residents: If you need to register to vote and can't get to city hall during regular business hours, you may register at the Nashua Farmers Market on Sunday, August 23, from 10 am to 1 pm. The city clerk is sending election officials and registration forms. Be sure to bring documents to prove your identity and age (license or passport for example), where you live in Nashua (car registration, license, tax bill for example), and if you are a first time in NH voter also documents to prove citizenship. Manchester candidates forum; public invited.

The Manchester Branch of the NAACP invites the public to attend a nonpartisan candidate forum featuring candidates for the New Hampshire House of Representatives in Hillsborough Districts 23, 24, 40 and 41. Together, these districts serve voters in Manchester Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11 and 12.

Doors open to the public at 5:00 p.m.
Forum: 5:30–7:30 p.m.

The forum will give candidates an equal opportunity to share their positions on issues important to Manchester residents. It is not a debate. All eligible candidates in each selected race have been invited in accordance with the NAACP’s nonpartisan requirements and IRS guidelines.

Community members are invited to submit questions for consideration by August 15 to [email protected]. Similar or duplicate questions may be combined, and as many questions as time allows will be presented.

The Manchester Branch of the NAACP does not endorse or oppose any candidate or political party.
