Our mission is to end homelessness for families with children in Greater Concord New Hampshire We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Family Promise is an interfaith community program serving families struggling with homelessness in the Greater Concord area, NH. The program brings congregations in the community together to host homeless families with children.
