With this watercolor painting, BGS art students areBroken Ground Schoolknowledge of how to use watercolor paint effectively. We are focusing on mixing colors, careful brushwork, and getting just the right amount of water to keep the water flowing off the brush without flooding the paper. Come see our paintings in person displayed in the hallways of Broken Ground School.

BGS Student wins Artsonia Student of the Week!!!

Congratulations to Scout, a BGS 5th grader! And, to all of you - staff and families- for creating such a supportive and strong community around the art program at BGS!

In search of…
*A magnetic tray to put nuts and bolts etc in while taking things apart.
*Discarded electronics or metal items to disassemble and recycle.
*Interesting items for our kids to earn from the “store” as incentives for excellent work.
*crochet needles

In search of more items for our 21C USTREAM team to disassemble and recycle. Small electronics, anything with wire or circuit boards, anything metal that needs to be taken apart for recycling, plumbing parts or door hinges and keys... and even your aluminum cans! Please send it our way!
