Instructor Cindy Falabella has another 8-week session of her Yoga for 50+ class starting on 6/23 for $55!

Yoga is a gentle way to stretch, strengthen, build muscular endurance and flexibility, and relieve stress. We will be learning several classic yoga poses, as well as focusing on breath work. This moderate level class is great for yogis of all abilities and fitness levels. We will be using modifications to make all feel welcome and comfortable. This is a mat-based class.

Our June Partner of the Month, Strategic Caring Solutions, will be at GoodLife on 6/17 for a FREE presentation on the services they offer.

Strategic Caring Solutions’ team of experts assist families with how to manage assets before or during a time of crisis, to ensure the proper legal documents are in place, as well as to create a long-term care plan that includes the Medicaid process and to provide funding options and strategies to preserve an estate from a nursing home. We understand there are many individuals who do not know where to turn when a long-term care event strikes and need a resource of professionals to help guide them to a successful outcome.

Join our Community Outreach Coordinator, Katelyn at Gnomies (Concord's first dry bar!) for our FREE LGBTQ+ support group, An OUTstanding Life, on 6/18 from 6-8pm.

This group in an intentional and welcoming space for older adults across the spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities, including le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, asexual etc. (LGBTQIA+) in the community to come together, connect, experience joy, and thrive for a healthy community and connected life.
