Join us for our 50+ Q***r support group, OUTstanding Life this Thursday, 8/20 from 6-8pm at Gnomie's Woodland Fountain in Concord!

This group in an intentional and welcoming space for older adults across the spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities, including le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, asexual etc. (LGBTQIA+) in the community to come together, connect, experience joy, and thrive for a healthy community and connected life.

Join Carol Ellis for another 8-week session of her Flowing Movement class starting on 7/13 for $55!

This movement class will focus on nourishing, restoring and nurturing the body, breath, and spirit through the flowing and fluid movements of qigong. Qigong is the ancient Chinese art and science of becoming aware of our life energy(qi) through a flowing choreography of postures, movement, respiratory technique, and meditations. You will gain better health, increased vitality, and leave class with an awakened and peaceful wellbeing!
