EXCITING NEWS - CHA is EXPANDING in 2026! School Health, WIC, Community Health, Behavioral Health and Environmental Health are headed to Brown Mill located in Concord, NC. Clinical and Dental services will remain at their current locations. WIC and Behavioral Health will still have a presence at the Kannapolis location.

This expansion is made possible in part by the generous support of Cabarrus County America Rescue Plan Act funds and the Cannon Foundation and Charitable Trusts.

🌟 Supporting Local Change: CCM’s Rebuilders Campus Project 🌟

We are proud to highlight the incredible work being done by (CCM) in our community. Through their Path to Stability housing programs, CCM is providing much-needed support to individuals and families in crisis – helping them rebuild their lives and achieve stability. 🏡❤️

The Rebuilders Campus Project is aimed at creating transitional housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing crises. This new campus will serve 50 households, including families with children, seniors, and adults with disabilities. The goal is to give them the time, resources, and support they need to find a stable home and regain their independence.

👏 We salute CCM for their unwavering commitment to restoring hope and stability to so many individuals and families in need.

Momentum is slowly gathering for the Brown Mill property on Cabarrus Avenue, which was purchased last year by Cooperative Christian Ministry and will eventually be turned into transitional housing.
