The largest police agency in the state is entered into an agreement to cooperate with ICE, but at the same time, are not sharing information that is required under NH’s Right-to-Know Law — so we sued.

Granite Staters deserve transparency about how the state police are devoting their time to fulfill the Trump administration’s deportation machine.

The ACLU of New Hampshire is suing the State Police, accusing the agency of being a “black box” when it comes to informing the public about its involvement in federal immigration enforcement. The lawsuit argues that the New Hampshire Division of State Police is violating the state’s Right-to-K...

Flock cameras are springing up in communities across our country, endangering our privacy.

Tell Congress: Enough is enough. Get these creepy cameras off our streets.

Flock and other automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) are taking over our neighborhoods, tracking our movements, and building detailed databases about us. Tell Congress to rein in this mass surveillance tool: No Flock. No ALPRs. No exceptions.

The Trump administration is putting all of us at risk with its reckless surge of ICE agents nationwide. In the last month, ICE has killed 2 men, and another died during a highway traffic stop.

Congress must act NOW and hold ICE accountable.

ICE has shot and killed two more people – Lorenzo Salgado Araujo and Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero. This devastating violence is the predictable outcome when ICE is given a near-unlimited budget while surging new agents into our streets. Congress must stop ICE's deadly spree.

ICE's pattern of violent threats and habitual civil rights violations makes it abundantly clear that they do not make our communities safer.

The American people deserve transparency and a meaningful effort from our lawmakers to end the agency’s chaos and cruelness.

This ACLU research report, Agents of Chaos and Cruelty, documents widespread civil rights violations carried out by immigration agents during the first year of President Trump’s second term. The report examines immigration enforcement incidents in eight states – representing a cross-section of t...

Communities across the country are fighting Flock's surveillance — and winning. Join us in saying: Get the Flock out of our cities.

Automatic license plate reader (ALPR) companies like Flock Safety are quietly trying to build a nationwide mass surveillance system. If there are Flock cameras in your city, they are tracking, logging, and sharing your movements without a warrant. But we're not powerless. More and more communities a...
