WOW!!!! We have received an incredible response this week to our plea for adoptions and discounted fees --- we LITERALLY can't keep up.

32 adoptions so far have happened this week! And two days left!

Thank you for everyone who has wanted to adopt a new best friend and for your patience as we navigated the simply overwhelming response this week. While we are super hyped to adopt out as many as we can, we only have so much man power and there is still a process to go through- we won't disregard our process just to make adoptions happen quicker. So thank you to those who have bared with us with patience as our staff has worked incredibly hard to move as quickly as possible.

We still have many applications to sort through and want to honor everyone who is serious about adopting a pet this week. In effort to do so, we are modifying our processes for today and tomorrow.

‼️➡️ UPDATE ⬅️‼️
❣️At this point in time we will be honoring existing appointments made, but will no longer be making new appointments.
❣️We will now transition to WALK-INS ONLY --- WITH APPROVED APPLICATION
❣️Wait times will vary, please be patient. Please understand we are operating short-staffed during this time as well. We WANT to help everyone, but there are only so many of us!
❣️You may certainly call ahead to see what the current wait time looks like.
❣️There is also only one person operating the front desk to assist customers with animal intakes, animal reclaims, helping to process adoptions, answer the phones, check messages when we miss calls, and make sure everything is running smoothly. So if we miss your call- that's why :)
❣️Application links can be found on our website where you view adoptable animals. We recommend you go ahead and submit if you haven't done so already, as this will be the first step to complete when you come.
❣️Make sure to read the application fully and provide all requested information. Missing information will result in a declined application with request to resubmit. Sorry, we just don't have the time to try to track you down for information we already clearly stated was needed.
❣️Walk-ins with an already approved application will be prioritized first come first serve- AFTER scheduled appointments are finished.
❣️We will not be scheduling any more appointments as of now.
❣️We will need to stop walk-ins if the line is too long at a certain point at the end of the day. We will push this as late as we can.
❣️Yes, there is a reason we have to say all this and ask for patience and kindness 💜

Hours today: 12-4:30- No walk-ins after 4:00 (may stop earlier depending on wait time)
Hours tomorrow 12-3- No walk-ins after 2:30 (may stop earlier depending on wait time).
