New Hampshire is taking another step to expand housing opportunities across the state.

Following votes by the Executive Council this month, BEA will award $5.1 million through InvestNH 2.0 to support 13 projects around the state that will create 563 housing units, including 502 affordable housing units.

These investments will help strengthen New Hampshire's workforce, support employers, and create more housing opportunities for working families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

New Hampshire's Economic Development team recently joined manufacturing leaders from across the country at the National Association of Manufacturers - NAM meeting in Washington, DC. This visit provided an important opportunity in helping support manufacturers and strengthen the state's industrial base.

Last night's Granite Outdoor Industry Day brought outdoor business leaders, recreation advocates, and policymakers together in Plymouth to celebrate New Hampshire’s $4.2 billion outdoor recreation economy and what's ahead.

"Outdoor recreation is both a quality-of-life asset and a significant economic driver for New Hampshire," said New Hampshire Department of Business & Economic Affairs Commissioner Lucy Lange.
