Important unanswered questions re Proposed Bias/Hate Incident Reporting hotline:
- What is to prevent abuse of an anonymous tip line?
- How is tracking of alleged noncriminal behavior legal?
- Why haven’t the results of the latest DEI survey been released?
- Why are the existing reporting mechanisms insufficient?
- Can names of alleged offenders be redacted under FOIA?

DEI OVERREACH IN CONCORD

Concord is proposing a Bias/Hate tracking system with anonymous incident reporting. Alleged "offenders" will not be notified and incidents will not be investigated.

Historically, such systems have been abused to settle personal grievances or manipulated for personal gain. The case has not been made that the insights gained from anonymous tip lines outweigh the risk of abuse and the rights of the accused.

Attend a session either Sept 4th, 10 am @ Main Library or Sept 8th, 7 pm @ Townhouse to push back on this bad idea.

Three Massachusetts Republican State Committee members — Dave Lunger, Jeri Levasseur, and Lorraine Rudd — are teaming up to host a regional Unity Event on Monday, September 15th from 6:30–9:00 PM at the Riverside Rod and Gun Club in Hudson.

Come for light food & drinks, good conversation, and the chance to meet fellow Republicans. Confirmed so far is Gary Grossi, along with candidates for the state legislature. Additional invited guests are still being finalized.
