Kendra Baker, left, at the Norton Correctional Facility, accepts contributions of yarn and plastic sacks from Sister Denise Schmitz. The materials were donated by Neighbor to Neighbor-Concordia, Manna House of Prayer in Concordia and Manna House West in Hoxie for the facility to use in projects that include making plastic mats and crocheting/knitting projects. The inmates sign up to learn these skills.
