Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.
This Memorial Day, Frontier Regional 911 extends our deepest gratitude to those who gave their lives in defense of our freedoms. We also recognize the families, friends, and fellow service members who carry their memory forward every day.
As we spend time with loved ones this holiday, may we never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day and the heroes who made it possible. 🇺🇸

At approximately 8:00 pm this evening, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, Wheeler County Fire & Rescue, Spray Volunteer Fire Department, and Spray Volunteer Ambulance were dispatched to the 21 Road in Umatilla National Forest within Wheeler County for a text to 911 report of a vehicle fire.

Units arrived on scene to find a diesel pickup and toy hauler trailer fully involved in fire. Crews worked quickly to contain the fire to the immediate area.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all responding volunteers and to Frontier Regional 911 for their assistance and coordination this evening.
