ভারতীয় জাতীয় কংগ্রেসের 'সংগঠন সৃজন অভিযান' সফল করার লক্ষ্যে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ-সহ দেশের একাধিক রাজ্যে সর্বভারতীয় কংগ্রেস কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে পর্যবেক্ষক (Observer) নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে।
এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে তৃণমূল স্তর থেকে সংগঠনকে আরও সুসংগঠিত, শক্তিশালী ও গতিশীল করে তোলার লক্ষ্যে সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রমকে নতুন গতি দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিটি জেলা, ব্লক, অঞ্চল ও বুথ পর্যায়ে কর্মীদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিত করে জনগণের সঙ্গে কংগ্রেসের সম্পর্ককে আরও সুদৃঢ় করাই এই অভিযানের মূল উদ্দেশ্য।
যাঁরা এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্বে নিযুক্ত হয়েছেন, তাঁদের প্রতি আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, তাঁদের অভিজ্ঞতা, নিষ্ঠা ও সাংগঠনিক দক্ষতার মাধ্যমে এই অভিযান সফল হবে এবং ভারতীয় জাতীয় কংগ্রেস আরও শক্তিশালী ও জনমুখী সংগঠন হিসেবে মানুষের আস্থা অর্জন করবে।
আসুন, আমরা সকলে ঐক্যবদ্ধভাবে সংগঠন সৃজন অভিযানে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করি এবং কংগ্রেসের আদর্শ, গণতন্ত্র, সংবিধান, সামাজিক ন্যায় ও সম্প্রীতির বার্তা ঘরে ঘরে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার অঙ্গীকার করি।
সংগঠন শক্তিশালী হোক, কংগ্রেস এগিয়ে যাক।

Strengthening the Organization, Empowering the Congress
With the objective of making the "Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan" (Organisation Building Campaign) of the Indian National Congress a resounding success, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Observers in several states across the country, including West Bengal.
This significant initiative aims to strengthen, reorganize, and energize the party from the grassroots level. By ensuring the active participation of workers at every level—from districts and blocks to regions and booth committees—the campaign seeks to reinforce the Congress Party's connection with the people and build a stronger organizational foundation.
