Here we go again.

Another Facebook detective with one search bar and a conspiracy. Typed a name. Got “no results.” Posted it like he just cracked Watergate. No owner. No EIN. No docket. No contractor file. Just a screenshot and a mouth.

And don’t act like this is about good government. They’re doing this because Jon wants the county audited. That’s it. They know the books won’t survive daylight. Goose is cooked. So they smear the man calling for the audit instead of answering the audit.

It isn’t hard to find this. You don’t want to find it. Narrative first. Evidence later. Never.

R2&C was a real company. Owner: Holly Bulvony. Federal EIN: 86-1668708. Already on Fayette County work. Finished the job Jon hired them for in the Recorder of Deeds Office. Not his personal office. Staff works there. Public gets served there.

Contractor registration. Business address on the invoice. Federal bankruptcy case 2:23-bk-20851, Western District of Pennsylvania. Same EIN. 86-1668708.

Chapter 11 didn’t shut them down. Chapter 11 is reorganization. They keep operating while they deal with the debt. Finishing a county job after filing is not a scandal. That’s how the law works.

And that case will not pop on a Pennsylvania Department of State name search. Bankruptcy is federal. PACER. Court record. A DOS search is a name lookup. Not a background check. Not proof the company was fake.

“No results” means the name you typed missed that one database. That’s all you proved. Owner. EIN. Address. Contractor registration. Federal case. That’s the company. You walked right past it because it killed the post.

They didn’t donate to Jon. No evidence they are related to him. No evidence they are friends.

But they were already a county contractor. That’s the “connection.” Nothing more.

Campaign reports are sitting at the Fayette County Board of Elections. Public. Walk in. Read them. A blank search screen is not a case file.

This is the play. Somebody says audit. Then the dirt starts flying. Accuse first. Skip the records. Hope the comments do the rest.

You don’t get to invent a story that he funneled taxpayer money to a ghost company tied to him when the file shows a real contractor, already on the job, that finished the work.
