If a birth certificate or death certificate was lost or destroyed due to flooding, you can request a new copy through your local health department or the Indiana Department of Health.

The Fayette County Health Department is now restocked with Tdap vaccines for individuals and volunteers affected by the flood. If you were impacted by the flooding and need a Tdap vaccine, please contact the Fayette County Health Department for more information. The Tdap vaccines will be free of charge.
We would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Reid Health for generously donating these additional vaccines during this time of great need. Your support is greatly appreciated and will help provide protection to those in our community who have been affected by the flood.
