I would like to introduce the latest Paramedic School graduates at Fayette County EMS, Ally and Dalton! Their official graduation has been postponed since it was scheduled for the day of the recent flood, but they passed!
These two have put life on hold to pursue the highest level of EMS License offered in the State of Indiana. They both completed the Reid Health Paramedic Program by completing over 1,200 hours of training and education. This included over 500 hours of classroom time and over 600 hours of clinical rotations. They also obtained Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support certifications. This was all accomplished while working full time.
This isn’t just a professional kudos from our administration. This is a personal congratulations to them both! It takes determination, Fortitude and lots of VERY long days and nights to accomplish this feat.
Congrats!
