UPDATE ON FEMA
(Thursday, September 3rd)
FEMA was here Thursday and Friday last week, and Monday of this week as scheduled. FEMA is no longer in town at this time because they had to help other communities.
The good news is Fayette County Emergency Management has requested a One-Stop Shop to come back to Fayette County to set up a location where FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency , Indiana Department of Homeland Security, and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority https://www.in.gov/ihcda/ will be to help our residents that have not been able to apply online or want to do an in person intake.
The exact date and schedule is being worked out, but we will keep everyone informed when they are schedule to come to town.
