On 11-6-18 at approximately 1800 hrs, the Connersville PD SWAT team was utilized to make entry into an apartment in the 1100 block of Fayette St. This was the result of an ongoing investigation by narcotics detectives from the Connersville Police Dept and the Fayette Co Sheriff’s Dept. During this investigation, probable cause for a search warrant was developed, with said warrant being issued through Fayette Circuit Court.
After making entry into the apartment, four individuals were located and detained. Residents Phillip Crawley and Amy Rullo, along with Tomas Delph and Shirley Crawley were present at the time. Delph had three active arrest warrants through Fayette County and was taken into custody on these as well as on-view charges.
A subsequent search of the apartment by taskforce detectives yielded over 700 grams of high quality ma*****na with a street value of roughly $9,000, more than 240 grams of m**hamphetamine with a street value of roughly $22,000, over 7 grams of he**in with a street value of over $900, over $2,400 in U.S. currency, more than 75 assorted prescription pills, and dozens of pieces of drug paraphernalia.
Phillip Crawley, Amy Rullo, Thomas Delph, and Shirley Crawley were all lodged in the Fayette County Jail on the following charges:

All arrested subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Assisting with this investigation/arrests were members of the Connersville Police Dept, Fayette County Sheriff’s Dept, the Connersville SWAT team, and narcotics detectives from the Connersville Police Dept and Fayette Co Sheriff’s Dept.
