Students are measuring and calculating the exact percentage of water loss across a variety of fresh produce:

Our Intro to Culinary Arts students have been hard at work in the kitchen today:
• 1st Period kicked off the morning with delicious, fresh breakfast tacos! 🌮
• 2nd Period brought the heat with homemade pizza from scratch! 🍕

Our Personal Financial Literacy & Economics students put supply and demand to the test by competing in the Chips Game 📈🍫, while our U.S. History classes stepped into history with an immersive "Trench Warfare" experience 🪖📜.
