Early voting starts today, if you live in HD 15 vote to re-elect Steve Toth. If you have kids in public schools, Steve continually proposes bills that try and fix our broken education system. He was the main driving force behind getting the Beckley-Wilson Act passed, a law that helps dyslexia students across the state. As a family who has been through due process, we have seen firsthand Skeeter’s lack of leadership when it comes to helping special needs students. We are one of the families the district spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on fighting us to recognize H-Man as autistic. The truth is Steve has done more to help the students of Conroe ISD than Skeeter ever has. Steve is also one of the leading voices on Property Tax Relief and Border Security.

Early Voting Starts tomorrow, Vote for Tiffany, Melissa and Misty for Conroe ISD Board of Directors. Do not let the narrative of Ray and Ashley fool you. They are trying to get you to believe that they want to do what’s best for the kids and they are great conservative leaders. If this is true why did Ray vote to spend literally hundreds of thousands of tax payers dollars to go to court in an effort to not have to recognize my autistic son as being autistic and not have to give him services. The district lost and for the first time a judge changed a student’s disability eligibility. This is how bad the district treated my son, not only did we win, the Judge changed his disability and ruled the district had to re-evaluate him since it was found out the district manipulated data in order to deny my son services. What did Ray do once this was found out, absolutely nothing, along with the rest of the board. How do I know he did nothing, because that same school is doing the same exact thing to my daughter. Ashley knows all of this, and since she knows, what does it say about her for supporting a board member that over his tenure has voted countless times to go to due process and deny special ed kids services they desperately need. This election is so much more about books in the library, not to say that this is not an important topic. This election is about changing the culture that Conroe ISD has of denying special ed students services. This is not a Republican or Democrat issue, this is an issue of protecting our children and making sure the district and board of directors are held accountable to us the voters when they refuse to follow the law and parents pleas fall on deaf ears. You might read this and say I am being too emotional, if you think that read the Judge’s 60-page ruling for yourself.
