Many of ya'll have helped me over the years working the elections at the Allendale Baptist Church. This coming March election I won't be able to work it because I am on the ballot for re-election for the Precint Chair #36 Allendale. There is an opponent running against me, I don't think in recent history there has ever been an opponent for this volunteer non-paid position. There are about 115 of these Precint Chairs around Montgomery County, the population of the county is divided roughly into these precincts for purposes of the organization of voting activities.
