Property Tax Workshop Continues...
Another huge turnout for MCAD and MCTXO! Over 190 South Montgomery County residents squeezed into the community center, Tuesday (Apr.19th) evening; some sitting on the floor to hear Chief Appraiser, Tony Belinoski and Tax Assessor, Tammy McRae expound upon rising market trends, values, and setting tax rates.

Before the event, Belinoski generously assisted early arrivers. Both MCAD and MCTXO had appraisers and tax collectors available to provide one on one assistance and to answer questions.

Thank you to all MCAD and MCTXO employees for giving back to our property owners.

Special thank you to South Montgomery County Community Center, Commissioner James Noack, and Precinct 3 for allowing us to utilize the building.

Gracious and thankful to all the residents for attending the event. This would not be possible without you!

Montgomery County's Property Tax Workshop Tour Continues. Over 200 residents listened carefully as Montgomery Central Appraisal District's Chief Appraiser, Tony Belinoski, discussed the current real estate trends and market values in East Montgomery County last night.

After the presentation, Belinoski, and Elected Montgomery County Tax Assessor-Collector, Tammy McRae held a Q&A session which allowed residents to address their concerns and questions.

Educating our Community!

Last night's Property Tax workshop -in North Montgomery County was a huge success! The residents were educated on how the real estate market trends, valuation of property, and tax rate adoptions affect residents of Montgomery County.

We want to thank Chief Appraiser, Tony Belinoski, Tax Assessor, Tammy McRae, and Senator Creighton for taking the time to inform our community.

Special thanks to Willis ISD's Superintendent, Tim Harkrider, CFO, Garrett Matej, the North Montgomery County Community Center, Precinct 1,. More importantly, MCAD is proud of the support from all the 170 residents who attended the event.

Let's keep it going by joining us tonight at the East Montgomery County Improvement District (The Atrium Center) 21575 US-59, New Caney, TX at 5:30 pm.
