Our Irons Hawks showed up and showed OUT at our Pink Out Pep Rally! 🩷🦅

Yesterday was about more than just wearing pink. It was about coming together as ONE Hawk family to raise awareness, show support, and honor those impacted by breast cancer. 💕

Thank you to everyone who helped make today’s pep rally full of school spirit, energy, and a whole lot of PINK!

ONE HAWK FAMILY. ONE FIGHT. 💗

Today, we celebrate the incredible girls and boys athletic coaches at Irons Junior High!

Our coaches do so much more than teach the game. They build confidence, develop character, teach discipline, encourage teamwork, and push our Hawks to be their very best - both on and off the field and court.

Thank you for the early mornings, late evenings, pep talks, high-fives, tough love, and countless hours you pour into our student-athletes. We appreciate your commitment to our Hawks and the impact you make every single day! ❤️🖤

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and it's time to take a stand! 🧡

What does bullying actually look like? Bullying is when someone aggressively uses their power to target another person with repeated, unwanted words or actions. It leaves those targeted feeling hurt—physically or emotionally—and feeling like they can't make it stop.

As students often put it: "Bullying is when someone makes you feel less about who you are as a person."
We have the power to change that narrative.

🗓️ MARK YOUR CALENDARS: Unity Day is Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026!

On Unity Day, we come together to send a clear, visible message of building community through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.

The Call to Action is simple: 👕 Wear and share the color ORANGE.

Let's turn our community orange to show support for students who have experienced bullying and to stand up for prevention. Together, we can make sure everyone feels valued for who they are. 🧡✨

WE LOVE OUR CUSTODIANS!! ❤️🖤 They definitely make Irons a better place! Happy Custodian Appreciation Day!
