Help our clients some with disabilities learn, accommodate, and perform their work duties. Must be able to work with individuals one-on-one and/or in a small group. In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, the job coach will also help with interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. Must be able to document the worker’s strengths and needs on weekly reports. Job coach will not be responsible to transport clients. 20 hours a week. Days or afternoons.
