As the current Chief Deputy of Precinct 2, Montgomery County, Texas, I oversee the daily operations of the department including Civil Process, Patrol, Motor Assistance Program (MAP), Criminal Investigation, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, and Administrative services. I am a third generation Law Enforcement Officer and have over twenty-five years of Law Enforcement experience in Jail Services, Patr

ol, Homicide Investigations, Auto Task Force, and person/property crimes. I will continue to build strong bonds with the citizens I serve, local businesses, and county services. I believe having cooperative relationships with other Police and Emergency services better protects and serves the citizens of Montgomery County. It was a pleasure attending the Montgomery County Republican Women’s meeting this week!

Montgomery County District Attorney Mike Holley, gave a great presentation on the prosecution process and provided valuable insight into what happens after law enforcement completes an investigation and a case moves forward through the criminal justice system.

It was a great opportunity for the community to learn more about the important partnership between law enforcement and the District Attorney’s Office, and the work that goes on behind the scenes to pursue justice in our community.

A special thank you to Branded Pest Defense for the invitation to attend the Three Cross Meat Ministry Gala and for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful evening. We were honored to hear from guest speaker Chad Prather and to learn more about the incredible work being done through 3 Cross Meat Ministry.

Their mission is making a lasting difference by providing sustainable sources of meat protein to food banks and nonprofit organizations through partnerships with local ranchers, meat processors, and generous donors.

We appreciate everyone who works together to help put quality food on the tables of families in need right here in our communities. 🇺🇸🥩

A great guy and good friend. Gone, but never forgotten. Today we honor Deputy John David Garcia, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty after being involved in a vehicle crash on FM 149 on July 17, 2003. His service, dedication, and commitment to protecting others will always be remembered. We continue to honor his legacy and keep his family, friends, and fellow deputies in our thoughts. 🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

Today, our nation celebrates 250 years of American independence: 250 years of freedom, sacrifice, resilience, and the enduring promise of liberty.

As we commemorate this historic milestone, we honor the courageous men and women who secured our nation’s independence, as well as the generations of military members, first responders, and public servants who have continued to protect the freedoms we cherish.

From all of us at the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving this incredible community. We hope you have a safe, joyful, and memorable Fourth of July with your family and friends.

May we never take for granted the blessings of freedom or the responsibility we all share to preserve it for generations to come.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend Judge Keough’s clay shoot, and it was a great event from start to finish. Murley House Moving and Leveling Company and I were honored to support Judge Keough as food sponsors by providing breakfast tacos for the participants; special thanks to Heather Murley with ADT Realty for helping with making the tacos.

We appreciate all that Judge Keough does for our community and were glad to be a small part of such a successful event. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a great day!
