We tend to create it and forget it. Many times we choose Trustees who are the parents' contemparies. As we age we need to re-examine our SNT to make sure the Trustees are capable, competent and have the compassionate take on this massive responsibility. We also tend to trust "professionals" without other oversight. So before you think "you're set" be sure to think of your child's contempary who is can "take over" when they are 30.
