These permits will authorize overnight parking in designated spaces from sunset to sunrise.

Permits may be purchased through the Borough of Conshohocken website for an annual fee of $120. As this program is being introduced midway through the calendar year, permits for the remainder of 2026 will be available at a prorated cost of $60.

Eligibility for the program is limited to residents living between 401 and 447 West Elm Street. Applicants must provide:

🚙 A valid driver’s license

A total of 20 parking spaces will be available annually, and permits will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. To help ensure fair access for residents, permits will be limited to two per residence.

Residents with questions regarding the permit process or program requirements are encouraged to contact the Conshohocken Police Department.
